Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medicine involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques with or without lotion or oil.

Stress creates a body reaction to pour out hormones (adrenaline, noradrenaline & cortisol) when exposed to repeated stress. Your immune system can be weakened as a result of excessive toxins and tension. The best response to stress is to relax & roll with the punches life hands us. Our bodies, however, need to be trained to do so.

Stress can build up calcium & lymph deposits in the feet, so reflexology can be beneficial in a purely mechanical way. Breaking up & reducing these deposits also impacts specific body areas that are connected to the nerves being worked on. Releasing the tension in the feet can affect the rest of your body allowing for blood, nutrients & oxygen to restore balance in your immune system.

Stress has been connected to approximately 75% of known dis-ease. Reflexology can induce deep states of relaxation. Repeated sessions will help your body learn to use this relaxed state as the normal response mechanism allowing you to remain in homeostasis.

Reflexology can be used in conjunction with any medical care you are receiving, allowing your body to begin to heal itself from it's dysfunction.

I include the personalized speech & vows in an 8 x 8 scrapbook album, so you know what was said later.

Vow writing will become a painless process with my intuitive ability to put what you feel in your heart into words, or write your own - I will type them up & present them in a greeting card at the right moment.

Rehearsal is also included in Price.

Renewals are another option for those wanting to celebrate their marriage again.

Short & Sweet

Short & Sweet Ceremony is an elopement style of celebration. Anyone who wishes to use my Wedding Officiant services without all of the planning that goes into a larger celebration can choose this option. Also great for couples doing a destination wedding but want to make it legal before or after. You will still receive your speech in an 8x8" scrapbook, personalized as much as you share your love story with me. Vows written by you or me will be presented as a greeting card. No rehearsal. Travel fees may apply if going any distance from my home location (50+km) Can take place anywhere. Have done them in restaurants, parks, living rooms (including mine), also have a covered deck if preferred. Bring your witnesses or I can supply them (please tip them for their time). Space will limit the number of guests. Short notice is possible - $100 retainer guarantees your time & date - non-refundable but if life throws you curve ball - it is definitely transferable to another date (if available) or another service.
